Flour Mill and Elevator on Fire

$100,000 LOSS SUFFERED IN MILWAUKEE MILL FIRE.

Milwaukee, Dec. 11. -- AP -- Fire caused by spontaneous combustion Friday night destroyed the main building and elevator of the Atlas Flour mills company here. The loss is estimated at $100,000.
Twelve storage tanks, containing $235,000 in oats, were saved. The mill had ceased operation July 1, and there was little of value in the building except dismantled machinery.
Traffic was tied up throughout the downtown section of Milwaukee for more than five hours, while firemen fought the blaze.
