Frank Clark, a Patient, Killed at Mendosa [sic] Asylum.

Madison, Wis., Sept. 10.---[Special.]---Frank Clark, a patient at the state insane hospital at Mendota, fell down a winding stairway yesterday from the fourth floor to the ground floor and was almost instantly killed. He came from St. Croix county and had been at the institution since May. He was a farmer, 46 years old.
