Clintonville, WI Auto Accident Sept 1944

Phillis Bovee, Friend In Accident Wednesday
Although their car was almost completely demolished, neither Phillis Bovee nor Lt. Art Zemske of Oshkosh was seriously injured in an accident south of Clintonville last Wednesday night. Lt. Zemske and Miss Bovee were on their way home after visiting the latter's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Herb Bovee of Clintonville, when Lt. Zemske lost control of the car and it skidded on the slippery pavement, rolling over several times. Lt. Zemske was home of furlough from his station in Rapid City, S. D.
Miss Bovee suffered minor cuts and bruises, and Lt. Zemske escaped injury entirely.
