Scorched Hunters

Geo. Kellogg, A. A. Thomas and L. B. Bemis have just returned from the woods and reported the loss of their cabin and entire outfit of provisions, bedding, extra clothing, etc., by fire on Tuesday last. The fire occurred while the boys were away, and the supposition is that it caught fire from the stove that they had been cooking with. The loss is about $75 as to supplies; but as to the good time they had mapped out, their loss is estimated at about $50,000,--- Neenah Gazette.
