Kimberly Boy Is Killed On Road By Car
Struck by a car driven by R. J. Criessey, 97 Franklin-st, Oshkosh, while riding his bicycle on highway 41. Arnold Skell, 16-year-old Kimberly youth, was fatally injured at noon Thursday. Suffering from a fractured skull, he died before he reached St. Elizabeth hospital.
The boy, who was riding west on highway 41 behind a Fox River bys, was struck as he turned left into the Tony DeWitt driveway. After striking the boy the Oshkosh man, accompanied by Tony DeWitt and Harry Van Duland, took him to the hospital, and communicated with the Appleton police. The driver will not be held.
