Bellingham Young Man Is Killed By Lightning

Dewey Sahr, 24-year old son of John Sahr of Bellingham, was instantly killed last Sunday when struck by lightning. He was crawling under a barbed wire fence on his return from fishing when he was killed. Three other young men who were with him were knocked down and stunned, but not fatally as they had one under the fence ahead of him and were not as close to it. Funeral services were held Wednesday.

His father, who is seventy years old, is a patient at the Evangelical hospital in this city.
