Explosion of a Powder Mill in Vermont---Three Men Killed.

BENNINGTON, Vt., Tuesday, Aug. 27. At 11 o'clock this morning one mill belonging to the Bennington Powder Company exploded, instantly killing three men named ABRAHAM MOON, EDWARD CUNNINGHAM and WM. DOWNS. The latter was blown into fragments. The damage is not heavy, and the cause of the explosion is unknown.
