SUE FOR LINDSLEY ACCIDENT.

Relatives of the Deputy Commissioner and Miss Willing to Demand $50,000.

BENNINGTON, Vt., Aug. 23.---Van Sinderen Lindsley of New York, brother of Deputy Police Commissioner H. P. Lindsley, who was killed here in an automobile accident on Aug. 14, is here and has engaged counsel to sue the New York Central Railroad for $25,000 on account of the death of his brother. The family of Miss Willing, who was killed at the same time, is to bring suit for a similar amount.

State's Attorney William R. Daley of this place and T. W. Moloney of Rutland have been engaged to conduct the suits.
