EXPLOSION OF DYNAMITE.

Two Men Receive Serious Injuries in Red River County.

Special To The News.

Clarksville, Tex., Jan. 19.---Wiley Whitten and Pate McDonald were injured by the accidental explosion of a quantity of dynamite on the Lassiter plantation, several miles south of this city yesterday. The men are reported to have been unrooting stumps when the explosion occurred. Whitten sustained a badly torn arm and one of McDonald's eyes is thought to have been put out.
