Dairyman Is Killed As Train Hits Truck

Houston, Texas, Dec 20. (AP).

Ray Eldon WAGGONER, 42, BARKER dairyman, was fatally injured at noon Sunday when his milk truck was in collision with an outbound passenger train at Addicks, near here.

WAGGONER died en route to a hospital. He sustained a fracture of the skull and numerous cuts.

Justice of the Peace Campbell R. OVERSTREET, who was called to hold an inquest, said that apparently WAGGONER did not see the approaching train as he drove across the tracks. A verdict of accidental death was returned by Justice OVERSTREET.

Mr. WAGGONER is survived by his wife, two daughters, two sons, three sisters and three brothers.
