Electric Light Plant Damaged.

Orange, Tex., July 23. -- About 12 o'clock today fire was discovered in the boiler room of the electric light plant, but was soon got under control. The damage will not exceed $600, fully covered by insurance. At 1 o'clock this afternoon an electric storm swept over this place, that continued with more or less violence for half an hour. A drenching rain accompanied the blow and [illegible] until 2:30.
