Cotton Damaged at Hillsboro.

Hillsboro, Tex., Oct. 28.---Ninety-three bales of cotton, the property of Husch & Witherspoon of Waco, and in transit from Itasca, was badly damaged by a fire which started between 12 and 1 o'clock in the south yards here. When the fire department after nearly two hours of fighting finally succeeded in extinguishing the fire, the loss amounted to approximately 60 per cent of the value of the cotton. It was being hauled on two flat cars. A car load of apples was also damaged to some extent by the fire.
