Disastrous Storm.
Columbus, Texas, August 24.---A terrific thunderstorm near here nearly wiped out a family named Hilliard, from Rogers, Bell county, bound for Jackson county. The bolt struck the front of the wagon occupied by Mr. and Mrs. Hilliard and baby, killing the father, mother and two horses. The baby in the lap of the mother escaped injury.
