Man and Wife Killed When Uvalde County Town Is Wiped Out.
MR. and MRS. LON STEDMAN were killed at East Prong, near Utopia, when the community was wiped out Tuesday night, presumably by the wind which struck Rocksprings. Word of this storm was received Thursday.
Two Dead at East Prong.
UTOPIA, Texas, April 14 (AP).--- Lon Stedman and his wife who lived in the little community of East Prong when that community was wiped out Tuesday evening, were killed, presumably by the same storm that struck Rocksprings. Word of the storm reached here Thursday. The storm struck East Prong and also hit the McBeath farm house near here, destroying it.
