Girl Falls From Auto, Skull Is Fractured

By The Associated Press.
San Antonio, Texas, Oct. 4. – Tragedy overtook the family of W. U. Lindley of Leming at the climax of their week-end visit to San Antonio when their daughter, Ruth, 10, fell from the running board of an automobile and received a fractured skull.

Hospital attendants report her condition as critical.

According to a report to the police, the child was riding on the running board of the automobile. At a curve she lost her balance and fell.
