Blaze at Bastrop.

BASTROP, Tex., Nov. 6.---A fire Monday night destroyed the brick building owned by J. C. Higgins and occupied by A. S. Lewis. The stock of goods valued at $11,000 was totally destroyed. Insurances on the building, $2,000; insurance on stock, $7,000. The fire broke out in the rear end of the store. Its origin is not known. The adjoining brick buildings of M. E. Anderson and C. Erhard & Son were considerably damaged.
