Blaze Destroys Firm at C – City

COLORADO CITY, April 24, (BNS) – Fire swept through the Klassy Kleaners here Tuesday afternoon leaving an estimated loss of 58,000 to $10,000.

The cleaning house was left a total loss and cloths and installations in the tailor shop were heavily damaged. Jack RICHARDSON, owner, said.

The fire broke out about 1:35 p.m. after a tumbler in the cleaning house exploded.

Two employes (sic) in the shop, Mrs. George TAYLOR and Mrs. Virgie WALDING were not injured.

RICHARDSON said the loss is partially covered by insurance.
