Fall From Train Fatal

HILLSBORO, Texas, Nov. 6. (AP)--Justice of the Peace Tom Sanders returned a verdict Thursday saying that Walter H. Brown, 37, of Sherman came to his death by falling from a freight train south of Itasca. Brown's body was found Thursday on the Missouri-Kansas-Texas Railway right of way. In Waco, Charles Brown, 6, the victim's son, told police his father, with whom he was riding atop the train, lost his balance and fell.
