Fire At Comanche.

Several Buildings Burned, the Loss Aggregating About $8500-Insurance $4400.

Comanche, Tex., Jun. 28-Fire broke out this morning at 3 o’clock in Zack West’s Saloon, destroying it and Helmeck’s confectionery store, Mitchell’s blacksmith shop, Evan’s feed store, and damaging Mrs. Gaines’ residence.

The losses are L.B. Russell, brick building $2500, insurance $2000.

William Reese, brick building, $2500, insurance $1500.

W.R. Evans, frame store and contents, $1000, insurance $750.

West’s saloon and stock, $3500, loss $2400.

Oats; barbershop $200, insurance $150.

Mrs. Gaines’ residence and adjacent storehouse, partial damage, $250,
