Henderson Stockman Killed in Collision

Special to The News.

ATHENS, Texas, June 13.---Sam Roberts, 40, landowner and stockman of Western Henderson County, died Monday, twenty minutes after his small truck overturned on the Eustace-Clear Creek road. He was going from his from his home in Eustace to his farm at Clear Creek when the truck overturned after it and a car collided. He was able to walk to the F. O. Griffith home near by, but died before medical aid could be summoned.

He is survived by his wife and a sister, Mrs. Greer Reynolds of Eustace.
