SUMMER RESORT HOTEL BURNS.

OLIVER SPRINGS, TENN., VISITED BY A $40,000 BLAZE.

Knoxville, Tenn., April 20. -- A four story frame hotel used as a summer resort at Olive Springs, Tenn., 35 miles from this city, was totally destroyed by fire which broke out a few minutes before midnight on the fourth floor. There was no fire protection in the little town and the big building burned like tinder. As the regular season does not open until May 1, not many guests occupied rooms but all were aroused and got out safely.
The loss is $40,000, with $10,000 insurance.
