$250,000 BLAZE DESTROYS NORMAL SCHOOL BUILDING.

Spearfish, S.D., Jan. 12 -- Fire which is believed to have started in a waste paper basket, caused a $250,000 blaze at the state normal school early today, destroying the main building of the institution.
Members of the volunteer fire department suffered from sub-zero weather in fighting the fire. They succeeded in saving other buildings on the campus.
