LARGE FIRE AT PASCOAG.

PROVIDENCE, R. I., July 27.---At 11:30 P. M. last night, a large fire was reported in Pascoag, and assistance was asked of this city. The fire broke out in a new building, owned by Mr. Howard, and spread to a dwelling-house owned by Mr. Pendegast, both of which were destroyed. The fire is in a district beyond the reach of the force-pumps of the mills. A dispatch from Pascoag at 1 A. M. says the fire in under control. Two six-tenement blocks and one two-tenement block were burned.
