Is Crushed in Mine.

Lony Mingora, aged 19 years, is in the Cottage State hospital in a serious condition as the result of an accident yesterday in the mines at Bittner. He was caught between two pit wagons and badly crushed. He was removed to the hospital following the accident.

Youth Crushed in Bittner Mine Dies at the Hospital.

TONY MINGORA, 19 years old, who was injured Monday afternoon in the mines at Bittner, died yesterday afternoon at the Cottage State hospital of his injuries. He was caught between two pit wagons. A brother, HENRY, Was killed in the same mines about four years ago.

The body was removed from the hospital to the Funeral Director C. C. Mitchell’s parlors and prepared for burial. Funeral services will be held this afternoon at 4 o’clock from Our Lady of Mount Carmel Italian Church. His parents survive.
