GREAT FIRE IN WARREN.

Erie, Pa., April 29. -- A fire broke out at noon today in a shed connected with the Germania Hotel, Warren, Pa. The flames spread rapidly, and in a short time the Germania Hotel, the Union school house, the Methodist church, and four or five dwellings were destroyed.
There are no hopes of checking the flames until steamers and hose can be bad from Erie, Corry and Titusville. The loss at present is estimated at $300,000.

LATER -- THE FIRE NOT AS SERIOUS AS AT FIRST REPORTED.

Erie, April 29. -- Evening.
The fire at Warren, Pa., was not so serious as at first reported. The only buildings entirely destroyed were the Unioni school house and the Germania Hotel.
