Pennsylvania Summer Hotel Burned.

SOMERSET, Penn., Oct. 16.---The Highland Inn here, regarded for many years as a popular pleasure resort, and one of the largest hotels of this section of the State, was totally destroyed by fire this morning, entailing a loss estimated at $100,000. The fire started in the kitchen and spread rapidly.
