CHESTER, Pa., Aug. 20.---Jumping from a moving freight train on the Philadelphia and Reading Railroad through this city this morning, William Thames, eight years old, was thrown under the train near the middle car, but laying flat on his back he kept perfectly still until ten cars had passed over him. Then he jumped up, rubbed his eyes and scampered away, unhurt.
