THREE TRAINMEN KILLED.

HEAD-ON COLLISION AT KOBEEN, PA., HAS DISASTROUS RESULTS.

Hagerstown, Md., Oct. 7. -- Three trainmen were killed, another was probably fatally injured and four other trainmen more or less seriously hurt in a head-on collision between a train of empty passenger cars and a freight train at Kobeen, Pa., near Shippensburg, today.
The dead:
E. S. McCLAIN, conductor passenger train.
J. W. FREDERICK, fireman.
C. H. GORDON, fireman.
Of those injured FRANK KROUDE, freight conductor, is expected to die.
