FATAL ACCIDENT.

THOS. KELLY, a brakeman, on a freight train on the Penn'a Railroad, was killed on Saturday afternoon last, being struck by a bridge beyond Kinzer's Station. MR. FAGER, the Engineer of 213, saw the accident happen and immediately stopped the train, and found KELLY upon the bumper quite dead – his neck being broken. He was a single man, much respected by all who knew him. He was a member of Co. K. 45th Regt. P.V.V. And served faithfully through some of the most severe campaigns of the war. His remains were brought to the public house of Mr. Samuel H. Lockhard, in this borough, where he boarded, and were cared for by the Order of Red Men. A deputation of the order took charge of the remains and conveyed them to York County where his parents reside.
