NINE BADLY HURT AND ONE MAY DIE

TROLLEY CAR COLLIDES WITH A TRAIN.

Accident Occurs at McKeesport on a Branch of the Pittsburg and Lake Erie Railroad.

McKeesport, Pa. June 2—A collision between a car on the United Traction company’s line and a train on the McKeesport and Belle Vernon branch of the Pittsburg and Lake Erie railroad at McKeesport to-day nine people were more or less seriously injured, one perhaps fatally. The injured are: A three months-old child of James Monetville, of McKeesport, contusion of the right temple; Edna Foy, aged six years, of Duquesne, badly cut about the head; Tony Jordan of McKeesport, severely cut about the head; James McQuaid, of McKeesport, badly bruised about the body.

Conductor Irwin Montgomery, spine injured, bruised and cut about the head and body, contusion of right arm and left leg cut, may die.
