Buried an Hour, Is Rescued

Special to The Inquirer.

HAZELTON, Pa., March 31.---Alexander Sharmansky, aged 38 and married, was rescued alive after being buried for over an hour by a fall of coal in the C. M. Dodson Company mines at Beaver Brook. He took out a prop that supported overhead material before he stood a new timber and sustained a crushed pelvis, fractures of both legs and internal injuries. He is in a critical condition at the State Hospital.
