Injured Fireman Wants Damages

After a vigorous trial in Common Pleas Court No. 5 the suit of Samuel Graham, who was an assistant engineer in the fire department, against Frank Rafferty, a boss teamster, to recover damages for permanent injuries, has been passed upon by a jury, and its sealed verdict will be opened by Judge Ralston this morning. The suit arose out of a collision between Graham's buggy and a heavy truck belonging to Rafferty while the former was on his way to a fire on December 22, 1900.
