MAUCH CHUNK, Pa., Aug. 17.---John West, of Lansford, a miner, was entombed today in the No. 11 Colliery of the Lehigh Coal and Navigation Company at Lansford for three hours and by the time he was rescued was dead. He was 25 years old and was married a year ago.
