Fifteen Passengers Hurt.

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa., Feb. 24.----A north-bound passenger train on the Northern Central Railroad was thrown from the track by a broken rail, near Ralston, last night. About fifteen passengers were injured, none of them seriously. Conductor William Dale was supposed to be fatally injured, but it is better to-day, and his recovery is expected. One car rolled down an embankment, turning over twice in the descent. The passengers suffered intensely from the cold during the delay caused by the accident.

The following is a list of those injured in the Northern Central accident at Ralston; Conductor William Dale, Elmira; Botlieb Beyer, Philadelphia; Mrs. T. Bronson, Watkins; Simon Zeigg, Herndon, Pa.,; Frank Kehter, Pennsylvania; John Lee, Williamsport; Will Pascoe, Woodstock, Canada; A. D. Oberton, Elmira; A. E. Deighton, New York. The conductor was most seriously injured of any and his injuries are more painful than serious and doctors say he will be about in a week. Injuries of others mostly consisted in light cuts and bruises, and not a passenger had a bone broken.
