John O'Boyle of Sunbury Has Arm So Badly Crushed In Sideswipe Amputation is Necessary.

Sunbury, Aug. 14.----John O'Boyle, son of Robert O'Boyle, of the First Reformed church here, employed in the Pennsy machine shop, was called on yesterday to help in the yards on account of a shortage of men, and getting caught between an engine and car as the latter was
"sideswiped" had his right arm so badly crushed amputation near the shoulder was necessary.

He is in a critical condition from shock and loss of blood, but is expected to recover.
