Fireworks Explode, Boy Hurt

Special to The Inquirer.

HAZELTON, Pa., Aug. 25.---Playing with discarded and supposedly exploded fireworks left after the Feast of St. Bartelmeo had been celebrated by Tresckow residents, John Larush, aged 12, had the fingers on his right hand shattered when powder in the apparatus went off. The State Hospital doctors at Hazelton hope to save the member.
