Bursting Hose Injuries Man

SHENANDOAH, Pa., Aug. 17.---George Dougherty, 34 years old, of Ashland, was seriously burned by slaked lime and injured by flying debris when a fourteen pound pressure lime pump he was testing burst at Bast Colliery today. He is in critical condition at the State Hospital where his wife died after an operation four months ago.
