Five Men Burned, Two Fatally.

Lawton, Okla., Feb. 28.---Five men were burned, two fatally, by the explosion of a gasoline lamp in the corridor of the county jail Tuesday.

The injured:

JOHN JAMISON, hydro-carbon operator; fatally.

ANDREW FITZWATER, prisoner; fatally.

Deputy Sheriff Homer Hammond.

Deputy Sheriff S. A. Elrod.

JAMISON was in the act of hanging the lamp when the explosion occurred. His clothes and those of FITZWATER were covered with gasoline and instantly ignited. They were horribly burned before aid could reach them.
