KILLED BY TRAIN.

Wewoka, Okla. Oct. 30.---(Special.)---Roy Witherspoon was killed near the depot at this place Wednesday morning by an eastbound Rock Island freight. The man attempted to board the moving train with the intention of going to Holdenville, when he missed his footing and was thrown beneath the wheels. His right leg was cut off and his body badly mangled. Roy Witherspoon was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Witherspoon living northeast of this place. He was about 30 years old.
