KNOWN DEAD TOTAL TO 70, MAY GO HIGHER.

Pryor, Okla., April 28 -- (AP) -- The toll of known dead in the savage tornado that ripped down Main street to this war boom town rose to 70 late today and State Safety Commissioner WALTER JOHNSON declared he "wouldn't be surprised if it went to 125 or 150."
The highway patrol reported finding 23 more bodies in flattened frame houses along highway 20 near here. It was undetermined immediately if those 23 were included in the known dead total of 70.

ROLLIE HALL, Louisville, Ky., Oklahoma Ordnance Works employe.
MRS. LLOYD BALL.
MRS. DAN TRISLER, Pryor.
ELINOR ANN TRISLER, 3, her daughter.
