Oklahoma City, Ok., April 14 (AP). – Northeastern Oklahoma Thursday night was bearing most of the flood burden that has borne down on virtually the entire State during the last two weeks.

Conditions were acute on the Arkansas River near the Arkansas State line, where the village of Blaine, Ok., was reported to be cut off entirely from the outside world by flood waters.

100 Persons Marooned.

Fort Smtih, Ark., April 14 (AP). – One hundred persons are reported marooned at Blaine, OK., a village eight miles north of Kecta, on the Arkansas River, where a bridge has been swept away, and the town is threatened. Water was said to be two feet deep in Blaine.

Warning was given Thursday to Western Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma by T. G. Shipman, meterolgist [sic] of the United States Weather Bureau here, to prepare for the worst floods in their history. The peak of the high water is expected within forty-eight hours.
