3 KILLED IN BOMBER CRASH.

Braman, Okla. (AP) -- A B-47 jet bomber crashed and killed three air force officers Thursday.
The six-engine bomber was on a routine training mission from McConnell Air Force Base, Wichita, Kan., when it suddenly developed trouble near this northern Oklahoma farm community.
The dead were:
Capt. WAYNE E. ANDREWS, plane commander.
1st Lt. JOSEPH C. COOK, co-pilot, Sunland, Calif.
Capt. WILLIAM C. BERRY, Dayton, Ohio, the observer.
Witnesses said the giant plane barrel-rolled high in the air then plummeted earthward and exploded. The blast dug a hole 12 feet deep in a pasture.
