5 DEAD, 20 HURT AS TRAINS SMASH.

Oklahoma City, June 17. (UP) -- Five persons were reported killed and nearly a score of others injured tonight when an interurban car crashed into the rear of another interurban between Oklahoma City and Norman. Most of the victims were reported to be sailors from the Norman naval bases.
JACK JONES, an Oklahoma City funeral director, said the rear interurban "telescoped the back of the other car and crushed some of the passengers and scattered others over the tracks."
First reports said a WAVE, stationed at one of the Norman naval bases, was dead when removed from the wreckage. The bodies of a man and woman were brought to the Oklahoma City General hospital, along with several injured. The man was identified tentatively as E. E. HOPPER, believed to have been the motorman of the rear car.

IDENTIFY FOURTH VICTIM OF OKLAHOMA CITY COLLISION.

Oklahoma City, (AP) -- A fourth person killed in the collision of interurban cars Saturday night was tentatively identified by the Red Cross Sunday as MRS. FLOSSIE BROYLES, Kansas City, Mo.
Previously identified were ANDREW D. HOPPER, Oklahoma City, a motorman on one of the cars; MRS. W. E. SALMON, Detroit, living at Norman where her sailor husband is stationed, and SARALOU THOMPSON, a WAVE, Unadilla, Ga.
At Kansas City, W. EARLE BROYLES left for here to try and identify the woman believed to be his wife. He said MRS. BROYLES left Kansas City Wednesday night, accompanied by her daughter, MRS. CICIL TOTTON, intending to meet MRS. TOTTON'S husband, on leave from the navy, in Oklahoma City.
