Mother And Three Tots Drown In Cloudburst

Guthrie, Okla., May 24.-At least four lives were lost, others endangered and thousands of dollars damage to railway and farm property was caused by the flood that prevailed yesterday in the northern part of Oklahoma.

The flood is the result of four days continuous rainfall which last night in places culminated in a cloudburst. The dead are Mrs. W. W. Brown and her three little children, carried downstream with their farm house near Foraker. The bodies have not been recovered. Railroad service is demoralized.
