Death Under a Freight Train.

Special Dispatch to the Cincinnati Gazette.

URBANA, Aug. 17. - Another young man pays the penalty of death by the practice of boarding trains while in motion. The victim this time is Thomas Kelly, aged twenty-two years. He was seen at the depot just before the 9 o'clock freight train going north on the C., S. & C. R. R. was due, and the next seen of him was when he was picked up in a terribly mangled condition by the brakeman on the freight train. A young man named Mike Shea saw him jump on the train, but refuses to say anything further. He was a cigar maker by trade and leaves a widowed mother, three sisters, and a blind brother. His remains were taken to Humphrey's undertaking establishment, where an inquest will be held to-morrow.
