SPECTATORS SNARL RUSH-HOUR TRAFFIC TO SEE HOTEL FIRE.

Cleveland (AP) -- A fire broke out today in the Westlake Hotel in suburban Rocky River.
Flames shooting 20 to 30 feet through the roof of the seven-story building and large clouds of black smoke attracted a large crowd to the scene, hampering rush-hour traffic over the Rocky River Bridge.
Residents of the hotel's two top floors were evacuated. No injuries were reported.
Lakewood firemen assisted Rocky River firefighters in battling the blaze.
