OHIO VILLAGE IS DEVASTATED BY BIG FIRE.

North Baltimore, O., Sept. 9. -- Five people were forced to flee for their lives and one was seriously injured by a fire this morning that wiped out the business district of this town and caused a loss estimated at $100,000. The fire is still burning and great anxiety is felt as the water supply is extremely low owing to damage to the water works yesterday.
