Tow Boat Sinks at Cincinnati---Some Narrow Escapes.

CINCINNATI, May 11.----The tow boat Rob Roy, sunk at the foot of Vine street early this morning. Captain H. M. McMann and his wife and children, who live on the boat, had a narrow escape from death, and William Lyons, the night watchman, also came very near drowning.

The cause of the accident is a mystery. The boat tied up at 8 o'clock last night and [illegible] the captain and crew [illegible last line].
