Vinton, OH Train Wreck, Jul 1901

Killed in Train Wreck in Ohio.

GALLIPOLIS, Ohio, July 16.---In a collision this afternoon, between the Hockling Valley pay train and a freight at Vinton one man was killed and four were injured, including Paymaster L. Lerch. The trains came together head on and both engines were badly wrecked.
