Four Killed by a Cloudburst.

Delaware, O., April 30. -- William Scarborough, Joseph Heidelbranch, Mrs. Lucinda Williamson and Charles Cranberry were killed by a cloudburst at Waldo last night. Damages are reported in other papaers.
